District 28 Wedding | Sarah & Andrew

Sarah and Andrew got married on a blustery fall day in October at District 28. Despite the weather, it still made for a beautiful wedding day. These two got ready with their families at the lovely Archive Studios. I love that these two kept the group small, it just allowed for these really sweet moments between the family. Sarah and Andrew had an adorable, private first look before we headed off to the distillery and Pier 35 for photos. It was absolutely FREEEEZING and windy by the water, but they were up for it, and we ended up having a really fun time on the pier. Afterwards, we went back to Archive Studio for family photos before heading to the venue.

I really loved the ceremony space at District 28, with its seamless curved infinity wall, it was so fun to shoot in! The tables and chuppah were adorned with lovely arrangements of white flowers by Susanne at Wildflowers which set the stage for their touching ceremony. The night was full of emotional speeches and lots of laughs. It was extra special as well that Andrew’s sister made their wedding cake. The evening ended with a massive late-night order from McDonald’s and stacks on stacks of delicious Cops donuts.

Here’s a little peek at Sarah and Andrew’s District 28 wedding.
